- Releasing fear and building confidence
- The power of the mind
- A simple practice for home
- Comforting massage techniques
- Information about choices for birth
- Relaxation and breathing techniques
- How the partner can be of support
Couples will receive a KG Hypnobirthing book, audio links and a course material.
Refresher courses
Private Training: £120 per couple
Training time: 4 hours
Course contents:
- Discussion about previous birth experience- Review of physiological process of birth
- Recap of breathing techniques
- Review of visualisation and massage techniques
- Confidence building and fear release
- Introducing a new sibling
Couples will receive the course material.
